The 2007 ESA North American Meeting will be held at the Westward Look Resort,
October 18-21, 2007.
Our group rate at the Westward Look is $149.00 US per night, single or double occupancy. These rates will be honored from three days prior to three days following the scheduled dates of the conference. Rooms feature free high-speed wireless Internet access. All rates are subject to state sales and bed taxes currently totalling 12.5%, plus a resort fee of $6.00.
The Westward Look has established September 15, 2007 as a cut-off date for making reservations. Reservations may be made after
this date at the regular resort rates if space is available. Individuals may cancel or change their reservations up to 14 days prior to
their arrival with out penalty. Reservations that are cancelled with in 14 days will be charged one night room and tax.
