Target Grades K-5

Elementary educators are charged with teaching their students literacy skills and economic principles - why not combine the two for maximum efficiency and engagement? This self-paced professional development program will give K-5 educators an opportunity to explore six children’s books accompanied by interdisciplinary lesson plans.

This program will consist of six 30-minute modules that will be sent out in pairs (one focused on K-2 and the other on Grades 3-5) every week starting May 30. All modules will be available until June 27. Current K-5 classroom teachers will be eligible to receive a gift card to purchase their favorite titles. Participants will receive a certificate of professional development at the end of the program indicating their total credit (0.5-3.0 PD hours).
