UA Bookstore presents GradFest, with one-stop shopping for graduation needs including regalia (required for UA and Eller College ceremonies). GradFest will take place March 20-23, 2018. Check out uabookstore.arizona.edu/graduation for times and additional information.
All participants are required to wear academic regalia. Regalia can be purchased from UA BookStores at the Student Union in person or online at uabookstore.arizona.edu/graduation. Master’s candidate academic attire consists of a navy blue gown with longer sleeves, navy blue cap (to match the gown), a black tassel, and a hood. The universal business school hood color is called “drab” — a beige/khaki color. Cost of regalia is approximately $86 without shipping.
Personalized graduation announcements are available through Jostens online at www.jostens.com. Contact individual vendors for deadlines and be sure to verify information before finalizing the order.
Be sure to complete the online registration for the Eller College of Management Graduate Student Convocation as instructed above. When registering online, indicate the number of guests you expect will attend. Please note information about tickets below.

Formal regalia is required to be worn for both the UA Commencement (if you plan to attend) and the Eller College Graduate Programs Convocation. Appropriate attire for graduate business students is dress slacks with a shirt and tie or a dress. Jackets are not required as the temperatures may be warm in May. You will be walking down the aisles to reach the stage so choose shoes you are comfortable wearing on hard floors with several steps.
Guests may enter Centennial Hall’s main entrance beginning at 8 a.m. Each guest must have a ticket to enter the venue.
Centennial Hall is located west of Old Main on University Boulevard. View the UApresents website for specific directions, which include information for handicapped parking (also note section below) and view the map below.
There are a limited number of handicapped parking spaces in the surface lot east of Centennial Hall. Access to the lot is from South Campus Drive. Guests may find it most convenient to park temporarily in front of Centennial Hall on University Boulevard to unload disabled individuals and then move the vehicle to a parking garage or surface lot.
For additional information, please consult with your department coordinator, or contact Ruby G. Stevens, MBA student and program services coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
