Melissa Poole

Melissa Poole is the Director for MBA Professional Development. She joined the University of Arizona in 2016 and in her current role she teaches an online MBA career management course and leads a team of four Success Coaches who serve both MBA and specialty master's students. The team supports students in developing skills and preparing for career growth and/or change including engagement with Eller alumni and local and regional employers for learning and recruiting opportunities, as well as development in areas such as crafting a resume, improving interview skills, and utilizing multiple job search techniques. Her professional background includes career counseling in higher education and recruitment and corporate job placement for the tech industry.
